Terms of Service – Bozor GardenWorks

General

By booking any planting, landscaping, or garden care service with Bozor GardenWorks, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms override any other conditions unless formally agreed in writing.
Bozor GardenWorks may update these terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the terms before confirming your service order.


Indemnification

By using our website or services, you agree to indemnify and hold Bozor GardenWorks harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or legal fees resulting from misuse of our services or violation of these terms.


Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EGP and may vary based on plant types, materials, project size, and onsite requirements. Prices may change without prior notice.

Full or partial payment may be required before confirming your booking. Remaining payments must be completed upon delivery of the service unless otherwise agreed.


Service Scope & Variations

Bozor GardenWorks continuously improves its plant selection, garden materials, and design solutions.
If specific plants or materials are unavailable, we may offer equivalent alternatives of similar value, quality, and appearance.

Service outcomes may differ slightly from photos due to natural plant variations and onsite environmental conditions.


Limited Warranty / Liability

Bozor GardenWorks guarantees that all plants and installations are delivered in good, healthy condition.

If any plant arrives damaged or has a clear issue caused during delivery or installation, and you report it on the same or next day, we will replace it free of charge.
Photos are required for verification.

Bozor GardenWorks is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by lack of watering, overwatering, pests, or weather

  • Natural plant shock after installation

  • Damage caused by customers, pets, or third parties

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to plant replacement or a refund for the specific affected item only.


Care Responsibilities

After installation, plants require consistent care unless you have purchased a maintenance contract with Bozor GardenWorks.

Failure to follow recommended care instructions voids the warranty.

Outdoor plants must be protected from harsh sun, excessive heat, or prolonged water exposure.


Pots, Structures & Accessories

If your planting project includes pots or structures, please note that weather exposure or misuse may affect durability.
Warranty excludes fading, cracking, or damage caused by sun, heat, or improper handling.


Guarantee

Bozor GardenWorks provides:

  • 7-day health guarantee for plants after installation

  • 1-month guarantee for accessories (pots, stands, planters) for manufacturing defects only

Guarantees do not cover environmental stress, lack of care, or natural plant behavior.
