Bozor Refund & Return Policy
At Bozor GardenWorks, we always want you,and your plants, to be happy. Every leaf matters to us, and our goal is to make sure you receive your orders in perfect shape.
Because plants are living beings with special care requirements, our refund and return rules differ slightly between plants and non-plant products.
1. Returns & Exchanges – Plants
Plants are delicate and can react quickly to handling, temperature, and time outside the nursery.
For this reason, plants can only be returned or replaced in very specific cases:
We accept returns/replacements for plants only if:
The plant arrives damaged, rotting, severely wilted, or broken upon delivery.
The plant you received is not the same item you ordered.
Evidence Required
To process a return or replacement, you must:
Open the order while the courier is still with you.
Take clear photos and a short video showing the issue.
Submit them through our Returns Form within 2 hours of delivery.
This helps us trace plant quality and ensure fair evaluation.
❌ We cannot accept plant returns if:
The plant was not checked in front of the courier.
The issue occurred after delivery (improper lighting, watering, heat, or neglect).
The plant shows normal characteristics such as minor leaf marks, natural color variations, or expected seasonal behavior.
2. Returns & Exchanges – Non-Plant Products
Items like pots, tools, fertilizers, accessories, and Bozor products can be returned or exchanged within:
3 days of delivery, if:
The item arrived broken or defective.
You received the wrong product.
The product is unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.
Evidence Required
Please submit photos of the damaged or incorrect product through the Returns Form within 24 hours of receiving your order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Used fertilizers or opened plant care products
Customized or special-order items
Soil mixes once opened
Plants that were not checked during delivery
Gift cards or digital products
You may always inspect your order in front of the courier before signing, we highly recommend doing so.
4. Refund Method
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed through:
Same payment method used at checkout
Or store credit / Bozor Voucher (valid for 6 months)
Refunds may take 3–7 working days to reflect depending on your bank/payment provider.
5. Delivery-Related Issues
If the courier arrives and you’re unreachable or refuse the order without genuine reason:
A redelivery fee may apply.
Fresh plant orders may not be refundable due to time-sensitive handling.
6. How to Request a Return
Please submit your request through our Bozor Returns Form (linked in the footer of the website).
Include:
Order number
Photos/videos of the issue
Your preferred resolution (refund, replacement, or store credit)
Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours.
